Shipping policy
We will ship your order within 3 business days. We will use either NZ Post or NZ Couriers and your order will have a tracking number. You'll receive an automatic email with this information once the order has been picked up. If you don't receive one, please check any spam folders and email us at double8.nz@gmail.com and we can look into this for you.
We do not drop ship, everything is in stock in Wellington, NZ. We may from time to time add a pre-order to a popular item that we're waiting to receive new stock for, but this will be made clear on the item when you are purchasing it. If you have ordered other items at the same time as a pre-order item, these will be kept and sent all together unless you've specifically asked otherwise. You can reply to your order confirmation email, or email us on double8.nz@gmail.com regarding this.
